Crosman 760 air rifle
- Crosman 760 Air Rifle
- Full-scale replica of pneumatic rifle compatible with small BBs or pellets
- Looks, feels, weighs, and functions just like a real rifle, but safer
- Velocity of up to 625 fps (BBs) and 600 fps (pellets)
- 18-shot BB magazine or 5-shot pellet clip; 200-shot reservoir
- Fiber-optic sight; compatible with scope or red-dot sight
The 760 Pumpmaster is what all the other multi-pump pneumatics want to be! In production for decades, over 10 million have been sold. It shoots BBs or .177 pellets and does so with power and accuracy. At less than 3 lbs., it's a great starter air rifle. The stock and forearm are made of a durable synthetic that takes lots of use and still looks good. An economical rifle, the Pumpmaster takes up to 10 pumps to send BBs 625 fps and pellets 600 fps. The checkering on the grip and the indentations on the pump handle make it that much easier to get a grip and stay on target. Ideal for shooting very small rodents (at close range), plinking and target shooting. (Never shoot BBs at metal objects!) It's so light that you can shoot all day! Suitable for younger shooters (with adult supervision) and smaller adults. Pellets are loaded into a 5-shot clip, while BBs have an 18-shot magazine, which is fed from the 200-shot reservoir. It comes with a fiber optic front sight, but you can get even mo

@shottaz83 These are hunting rifles not combat rifles. A M40a3 will take far more abuse than one of these rifles will. Same goes for the Schmidt and Bender scopes. The people who shoot alot know that distance is the easy part. It is wind that kills long range shooting and hunting.

bunch of noobz!! i hunt only using rocks and sticks!! hahaha!!! nahhh but i killed a bird with a airsoft gun once!! yahhh good times!!

Best EVER? I’m skeptical. First of all, plenty of people shoot handloads through factory Remington 700’s that well. So all these high doller guns are a bit over rated in my opinion. Cool? Yes! Great guns? Yes! I’ve seen a lot of $1,000 guns shoot as well as these multi-thousand guns. And Chey Tac M200 should be better, iwaytur14, for what it costs. Furthermore, shooting animals at 1,000 is fine if you know you can kill it. Please don’t get to hard on these guys for that.

@zsteinle Couldn’t agree with you more. Keep the 1,000 yards shots on the range, hitting paper and gongs, not wounding animals.
May 13th, 2010 - 07:32
wow this is great and all , but do they come left handed, if not ill take my 3 grand else where, joking kind of ?!
May 13th, 2010 - 08:22
@CRFbadass compliments on that shot, but I wonder , is it disrespectful towards the elephant to shoot it with a handgun, I mean if I were an elephant I’d prefer to get shot by something huge…
May 13th, 2010 - 08:37
this is good but cheytac m200 is better..just saying. my opinion
May 13th, 2010 - 08:52
I shoot that distance with a remington 700 what makes that rifle so much better ?
May 13th, 2010 - 09:34
But then you have to carrie the animal is that not a huge project, no ?
May 13th, 2010 - 10:06
These morons out walking around shooting 1000 yards is scary! Buncha BUFU’s!

I would love to get one of these chambered in a Lapua .338 mag. I do some hunting in WY, and CO and find that the Weatherby .300 mag is a nice pipe and round but in some conditions lacks the kinetic energy in some humidity and elevation to maintain dropping power.
I look forward to adding one of your systems to my collection.

@cheswick37 I agree, the highest ballistic coefficient 6.5 caliber 140 grain bullet I see in Bergers lineup is .612 G1, where are they pulling .640 G1 from?

The Mosin Nagant 91/30 has a 28 inch barrel along the a 7.62X54R round. Same length, uses bigger ammunition and is only 100 bucks. Only better about the Gunwerks Long Range Hunter is it’s ability to mount a scope that isn’t LER.
May 13th, 2010 - 14:31
i wondered if a 30 06 is a good long range gun
May 13th, 2010 - 14:59
@cheswick37 lol if only we all had magic turrets

sooo want for culling red deers in scotland
May 13th, 2010 - 17:04
oh my god they did it they built a scope that defies altitude density and deflection in the form of a magic turret!!! and where can i find a berger 140 with a 640 g1 bc value or are they only available with a magic turret. a jlk 140 is not even .640b.c. hey nevermind assessing conditions everyone just buy a gunwerks rifle and huskamew optics and start taking your 700+ shots. uphill downhill spin drift and other aspects go right out the window with these magic turrets. BULLSHIT!!!!
May 13th, 2010 - 17:58
i would like to buy there scope but not there gun with it.Does anyone know how good that scope works with a basic 7mag or is it a package deal to shoot that good and accurate you need to buy the gun with the scope?
May 13th, 2010 - 18:43
i have taken my rem. 700 tactical .308 savage out to 1300 yards. using a BSA scope.
i have seen people do it with a 10/22 at 1000.
its not the gun, but the shooter.

Is there a turret to compensate for the elk’s movement during flight time at 2:08?
…hmm…
May 13th, 2010 - 19:51
@808G35s- Correct

@808G35s- Correct
May 13th, 2010 - 20:15
So let me get this straight. If i turn my elevation dial in the up arrow direction, it won’t move the crossairs up but instead move the point of impact up? And if I turn my windage dial in the left arrow direction, it won’t move the crossairs left but instead move the point of impact left? If so then if my point of impact is in the lower left for example, will I have to turn my elevation and windage dials up and right?

@ltstrat8302 Bushnell Elite scopes are good. regular Bushnell scopes can be sighted in but the optics are not quite as good.
May 13th, 2010 - 21:20
Bushells are crap they dont sight in.
May 13th, 2010 - 21:24
@600 yd 3″ is roughly 1/2 MOA (1MOA is very close to 1″@100yd).
So, to correct for 3″@600 you would need 2 clicks with 1/4MOA click scope.
May 13th, 2010 - 21:34
nooooo. 1 click=1/4in @ 100. So multiply that effect over 600 yards. Try 1 click. Are you compensating for wind?
May 13th, 2010 - 22:08
so let me get this right if i shoot at 600 yd and im 3 in off the middle i should move 12 MOA? beacuse 3×6.00=12
May 13th, 2010 - 22:23

May 14th, 2010 - 02:22

May 14th, 2010 - 02:28

May 14th, 2010 - 03:28
my dad fixed all of this stuff for me in like what weeeee say…5 minutes?
May 14th, 2010 - 04:15
I cant speak for other people, all I can say is what I do.
If you look at the target in the video, you can see that when the bullets are on the left side of the target, the target says “R2″ or however many M.O.A’s it needs to come over.
May 14th, 2010 - 04:44
How come then theres other videos that say to move the cross hairs to where the point of impact and they say to not move the rifle just look through move the cross hairs and then re aim?
May 14th, 2010 - 04:50
pasture12, the vid is right. I just did this the other day at the range and it is correct.
May 14th, 2010 - 05:18
Youve def got it wrong way round on video
theres numerous other vids on here off midway usa saying to move the cross hairs to the impact point and then re aim
