Monoblos Heart Hunting Guide
PLEASE READ: Be aware of the pwning in this video. This is a basic guide on how to break to the shell of a D. Hermituar on Monster Hunter Freedom 2/MHP2nd. Enjoy the awesome music. Notice I ate the Power Seed before attacking as it adds a huge amount of attack for a short time. All these combine with Onslaught Hammer and Rath Soul Armor make for an extremly easy fight. Not all these are nesseccary, and some might figure me to be excessive, but it makes an easy kill. Just watch.

Question by Michael: what is the average salary of a hunting guide?
its not on salary.com. if i was to be a hunting guide instead of a lawyer, because i love hunting more than anything, what would be my paid. obviously lower than a lawyer, but what would i get paid?

Depends on your quality of success, location, and your personality. I've known a few that did well - I'm thinking of ,000 a year -- and many that quit due to bad years, goofy customers, or the "up and down" of the business. But, you have your expenses - travel to the trade shows to lure in your customers, insurance, brochures, mailings, internet web site costs, horses (if you use them), vehicles, remote camps and equipment, etc, etc, etc. Some of the best business are attached to a lodges -- yours or someone else's. Big expense to set up, but then you have to spend money to make money. I've also noticed that many guides have wives that have the "real" job - the one that gets the medical insurance and the monthly check.
Go to the biggest outdoor show that you can find - now is the season to find them. Talk to the professional guides, they are the ones in the booths. Most will level with you, especially if you get there first thing in the morning and talk to them when they are not so busy. I think you will find your best bet is to do it part time. So, prepare and get the "real job" and sideline as a guide to start. If nothing else, you will have some fun.

the first time i fought a monoblos i got a monoblos heart. it’s horn got stuck on the ledge and dropped a shiny. the shiny was a monoblos heart. it happened twice, one on my monster hunter freedom 2, one in my mh 2g

stupid thing is, i already had 2 monoblos hearts from carves in elder/HRup quests, and when i was farming D.Hermitaur for hard monster bones for my agito, i captured, got 2 hard monster bones and a monoblos heart xD

I got a heart carve from the duel monoblos quest. But I didn’t even know it was important. Turned the game off and lost it.

quite easier to do that (monoblos has a lot of health, and yo just have a 2% chance of getting it, with this method, you raise to 10%

Takes a few runs, breaking both shells and capturing them both gives 10% chance of heart in rewards.

ok talking to oziach does help ur chances of visage and the ring of life also helps.. go on the KNOWLEGE BASE and type in ring of life.. it says exactly what it does: it INCREASES your chance of getting the rarest drop from a monstre.. pretty sure the visage is the black dragons rarest drop..
