This is an excellent blind and well worth the money. There are plenty of shooting windows. The smaller windows zip down which allow you to change the height to whatever is needed. The larger windows aren’t as easily adjustable, but can be folded and pretty much stay in place at any level. This blind can be setup faster than any I’ve seen. I haven’t used the blind in the rain yet, but the heavier material would appear to withstand water much better than other blinds I’ve seen. The blind is heavier than some blinds, but with the weight often comes quality. The only negative features I see with the blind is the carrying straps and stakes. The “harness” system should be much larger. The average guy cannot get this over his shoulders especially with a turkey vest on. The stakes are too small to really hold in sandy / soft soil. Other than these minor details, this is an excellent blind and will make your time in the field much more enjoyable.

I’m very happy with my Primos Eclipse Blind. When I first pulled it out I was a little set back for it had a strong smell (new canvas smell) and was thinking I would spook the deer. To counter the strong smell I purchased Primos Repellent with Earth Blend. This serves two purposes it seals and protects the canvas and adds some cover scent. I applied the sealer on a sunny fall day in the yard and the next day I placed it in the woods. I was very happy with the size, window configuration, and how easy it was to set up. The loops for adding natural cover work very well. My blind has been in the woods for a week now and the deer don’t even know it’s their. My trail cam is taking the same amount of pictures as it was before the blind was placed. The deer are just starting to rut and I have two new scraps within 30 yards of the blind. I’ve always been a tree stand guy but with my son starting to hunt I thought I’d give blinds a try so he didn’t have to climb trees. I am sure warming up to blinds or at least I am to this one.
